1-How do I purchase my Aquasana products? 

Click any of the Aquasana links on this site and you will be taken to the main site, where you can place your order. As well as online ordering, you can make your purchase via phone, fax or mail.

2-How do I obtain the 20% discount and free shipping, when I place my order?

If ordering online, click the purchase link supplied on this site. This will take you to the Aquasana online shop where you simply order what you require. At the check out on the online shop you will see a special discount code area, which should already have the special discount code (2522).

If not, please type this in and update the checkout. Using this code will automatically deduct 20% off your total purchases and in addition you will receive free shipping.  

3-Can I purchase my Aquasana products any other way other than online and still get the discount ?

As well as online ordering, you can also place your order via phone, fax or mail.  You can still obtain your 20% discount & free shipping, no matter how you place your order - just ensure that you quote the special discount code at the time of ordering - Which is 2522

4- How often should I replace my my filter element ?  

It is recommended that all filter elements be replaced every 6 months, regardless of use. The reason for this, is once the element has become wet, there is risk of potential bacteria growth after 6 months. So it is very important to replace the elements on a regular basis.

5- What’s the best way to remember when to replace my filter element ? 

The best & simplest way is to join the Aquasana auto-ship program, which is a convenient way to have your replacement filter cartridges shipped directly to your home, automatically. All that is required is a simple one-time registration with Aquasana.

Or if you do not want to register for the auto-ship program but would still like to be reminded of the replacement times of your filter cartridges, Aquasana will happily set you up on their email reminder service.
